HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ?

Email us within 24 hours and we will do our best to change or cancel the order.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT ?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal, which in turn accepts Diners card in addition to the other 3.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE (DOMESTIC) ?

If your order is coming from our domestic warehouse, there should be a delivery estimation on the product description of 4 to 13 days. As soon as you receive your tracking number you can come to our tracking page and receive an update immediately. No email or order number required, just use the tracking number.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE (INTERNATIONAL) ?

If your order is coming from one of our International warehouses, there should be a delivery estimation on the product description of 10 to 20 working days. As soon as you receive your tracking number you can come to our tracking page and receive an update immediately. No email or order number required, just use the tracking number. Note: some deliveries may take up to 50 working days depending on location and customs requirements.

 

MY ORDER WAS CONFIRMED BUT I JUST GOT AN EMAIL WHICH STATES THAT I RECEIVED A REFUND. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN ?

The item(s) you ordered was so popular that between the time you placed the order and when we processed it, the item sold out. The good news is, that we will email you a personal E-Gift Card for the cost of the item. (Minus any applicable promotion codes used on the order).

Helpful Hint: Please treat the E-Gift Card like cash, as it is store credit you can use for a later purchase. Store credit never expires.

 

OOPS! I WAS SO EXITED TO PLACE MY ORDER THAT I FORGOT TO USE MY CODE.

MY PURCHASE IS OVER $75. WHY HASN'T THE DELIVERY CHARGE BEEN WAIVED ?

We usually don't charge shipping unless the Item is FREE! Companies that make you buy a certain amount to get free shipping are taking advantage.

 

WHAT IF MY CREDIT CARD IS DECLINED ?

Email us and we will try to arrange another method of payment.
